How the Kenya eVisa & eTA photo process works
Kenya's eVisa/eTA photo is a square 51×51 mm passport-style image on a plain white background, with the face filling 70-80% of the frame, taken within the last six months and looking straight at the camera. There is no embassy print step for the electronic application: you upload the photo through the online portal, where it is submitted with your Kenya travel application to the issuing immigration authority. The portal expects a JPG around 500×500 px and under 200 KB, so the common failure is a file that is too large or the wrong shape. Snapfora crops to the square 51×51 mm spec locally and flags head height and tilt, so you fix the framing before you submit rather than after a rejection.
