How the Singapore passport photo process works
A Singapore passport or visa photo is 35×45 mm on a plain white background, taken within the last three months and showing a full, front-facing view. For ICA passport applications the photo is taken to this spec and submitted with your Singapore application to the issuing authority — either uploaded as a digital image or handed in as a print, depending on the route. At 300 DPI the digital file works out to 413×531 px. Snapfora crops and sizes to 35×45 mm locally and flags head height and any tilt so you can fix problems before you submit, rather than after a rejection. We build to the published ICA spec but the issuing authority makes the final call.
