Checked September 28, 2026: the DV entry requirement is exactly 600x600 pixels, not the 600–1200 pixel range listed for other visa uploads. Photos must reflect current appearance and be taken within six months. Interview prints are a separate requirement. No rule-change publication or effective date was established.
